Those We have lost but will never forget
Billy was a goat full of personality. Everyone that visited the farm fell in love with him. In this photo he was "helping" to paint the chicken coupe! So happy he lived out his final year at SGF. We miss you Billy.
This sweet boy showed up on our doorstep worn down and tattered. We nursed him back to life and he stayed with us, loving his new life almost as much as we loved him. He took his last breath on that same doorstep in January 2021. Harry Graham you are missed and we are thankful you found us to spend your last year with.
Our beautiful Graham came from a rescue all the way in Boston. He had been with me for over 10 years. He absolutely LOVED FARM LIFE. We miss you crazy love.
Crazy Donald. He was an awesome duck that was only with us for a short time but was loved very much.
Cotton Eye was Joe's twin and lived a very short life of just under a year. We loved his goofy antics and he loved eating bananas with me.
Rudy, one of our first pigs here. He was very loved and loved attention, such a sweet sweet boy. You are missed by so many but no one more than me. I will miss that special bond we had my boy.
Bullet was a very special horse that stole our hearts. He passed away peacefully in his paddock from old age.
Sweet Lyric. She was here on hospice through Gentle Giants Draft Horse Rescue. We didn't have her long but loved her so much and she enjoyed her time on green grass and being loved on.
Dolce was here on hospice and very much a farm favorite with the volunteers. She passed away peacefully and is very missed.
Oakley passed away after only a few short months in this world. We don't know why but we do know he was very loved in his short time.
Monaghan was such a special boy. I wish I had known him in his prime years. After three years with us he peacefully passed away in his favorite field with his friends nearby. Not a day passes that I don't miss him.
Smokey just showed up one day, a very sick kitty. We did all we could for him and got him comfortable. Unfortunately soon after he felt better he passed away. I'm just happy that he found us to spend his final months with.
